Chase Claypool is a young Canadian who attended Notre Dame University to play football. After breaking numerous records in high school Chase went on to have a productive tenure in college at many different positions. When he declared for the NFL Draft, his combination of size, speed, and strength made scouts debate whether he could be a running back, tight end, receiver, or all of the above. The Steelers drafted him with the 49th pick of the second round, and incorporated him into the offense in ways that utilized all of his abilities. Early on he showed what he was capable of and finished his rookie campaign with almost 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns.
